Shim and Paula opened S.M.T. in October 1999. The past company that Shim had been working for closed its doors. Starting with a mere 20 customers the company grew quickly. Incorporating in December 2002, the company continues to grow, building a strong reputation because of service and expertise. Shim’s skills in cleaning and opening difficult lines comes from his training from the founding fathers of the business and from training with some of the best in the industry. Shim continues to expand his education and pass it on to his employees. The company now specializes in hard to open lines and cable retrieval. The employees have a combined total of more than 25 years experience.
